Pelvic Health

Pelvic floor physiotherapy involves assessing and treating symptoms related to the abdomino-pelvic region, namely the pelvic floor in women, men and nonbinary people. The pelvic floor is a group of muscles, nerves and connective tissue forming the base of the pelvis.

The pelvic floor and surrounding musculoskeletal structures (lumbar region, sacroiliac, hip, etc.) are treated holistically to support optimal function of the urinary, anorectal and sexual systems.

A thorough assessment and personalized treatment plan is created, including education, manual and exercise tools to heal, prevent and optimize pelvic health. The rehabilitation experience promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring patient-centered continuity of care.

A unique integrated approach is offered, merging both pelvic and sports rehabilitation for active and athletic individuals. The goal is not only to help individuals live without pain or dysfunction but thrive for optimal function and fulfillment in pelvic health.
